Normally, the limousine is booked by the hour e.g. the 1 hour hire will start at the allocated time on the booking forms (the standard pick up address) additional pick ups within this time count towards your 1 hour hire. Advice would be to ensure that most or all of the passengers are collected at the same address.
As a professional company ensuring that the best possible service is available to all of our customers, we will wait at the church/venue for photos. This will need to be pre-booked in to ensure that the available time frame is available. We would expect that all car photos are done closer to the front of the photograph proceedings and not at the end.
Unfortunately as we do not possess a licence to sell alcohol we wont be able to but included in the price of your hire is a complimentary bottle of bubbly.
As we are not party poopers and always ensure good customer service, it is perfectly fine to decorate the interior of the car with balloons etc. This can be done 10 minutes prior to pick up and suggest that no sticky tape/snow spray/glitter spray or any other spray is put on the windows, paintwork or upholstery.

The chances are we will have the right ribbon and bow colour in stock as we stock a varied level of colours and shades to suit. We would always advise that you send in a small colour swatch to us to ensure that the match is perfect. You can get your colour swatch in from your florist or venue decorators.
As a matter of a legal necessity we are fully licensed, insured and all drivers have passed a CRB check so we have no problem at all in showing you a copy of the documentation we hold. Naturally this wont be able to removed off our premises for security reasons.
